Hosts must have the right to use uploaded photos and listing text. Copyright complaints are recorded for staff review. Use the form below to identify the copyrighted work and where the alleged infringement appears.
Submit a copyright notice
Identify the copyrighted work, the exact listing or image URL, your contact details, a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized, a statement of accuracy and authority under penalty of perjury, and your physical or electronic signature.
Review, takedown, and counter-notice
Authorized staff review notices and can disable reported listings. Affected uploaders may submit a counter-notice with the required identifying information and statements. Repeat infringement may lead to account restrictions. Staff actions are recorded in the audit trail.
